Early Variant of Executive Mansion Card Signed by American President Millard Fillmore

On January 4th, 1853, history records that Millard Fillmore indited his signature on letters concerning a conference on Cuba, the establishment of a new British Colony in Central America, and funds belonging to the Chickasaw Indians. To that knowledge is added this rare prototype of the White House Card.
